View Full Version : Laptop
Hoping maybe someone from Aria can help me or offer some advice on whether this is possible.
Wanting to order a Laptop from Aria, like asap. But i can't afford to pay for it right now so do you do some kind of offer where i can pay later?
After reading Micky's thread on the Paypal Mastercard thing i thought it was possible for me to do that and order at the last minute, only to read it again to realise its not available in the UK yet.
So do you?
After just reading on the website, about the finance options available thats bloody worrying.
Just after something like, I pay £150 now and then £150 on the 12th of January or something.
I've used this before

Do the buy now pay nine months, as long as you clear it within nine months its completely interest free >>>
"Buy now pay in 9 months
Make a purchase of over £300 inc VAT and pay nothing for 9 months. An initial outlay of 10% is required as a deposit and providing that the outstanding balance is paid in full before the 9 month period expires no interest is incurred. Please note that a £30 set-up fee also applies."
Does sound good, but I know what i'm like. I won't pay it off in 9 months.
Would rather pay a huge lump now really, like a 50% deposit. Then pay it.
That would be my last resort though. :)
Cheers Coiler
Would be greateful if someone from Aria could confirm this for me. Just at 19 i really don't want to find myself getting in debt. And finding some hidden charge of like £100 or something.
Is it really as simple as paying 10% deposit then a £30 fee. Then pay the rest by direct debit within the 9months period?
Ive done quite a few V12's I paid a 10% deposit, although ive never paid a fee? Then normally paid them off slightly early.
If you have 50% of the cash now, i'd put it in a high interest saving account, or let your parents keep it until you have the other 50% in say Jan/Feb as you said earlier. Then ring V12 and pay the lot off.
Bump / Want to get this ordered as soon as possible.
Ring these guys, they will tell you what you cant and can do! :)
