Busy day in systems then... I can watch them working away on my CCTV :D The website has all of a sudden got a lot busier.. are people waking up late today?

True or false:

We accidentally priced a gfx card at £11,999 instead of £119.99 and a customer bought one and didnt notice until he got his credit card statement.

I can believe you priced it wrong, but i don't think the customer bought it.

The website pricing it at £11,999 might be true, but I'm sure the order system would be linked to the server price which would be set at £119.99 rather than directly link it to the website price.

I could just be talking nonsense, but unless quality control was really having a bad day when checking this, its got to be false. :P

It depends on the CC holders purchasing pattern, credit limit and so forth... But you'd hope that they would double check for the big stuff.
