ok just moved house and signed upto sky broadband at first it was about 3mbps now im getting 0.3 what the hell is going on

how long has it been bad for?

leave it a couple of days if there are no massive improvements then phone them. they will tell you you should leave it for 5 days to settle.

@OP is it an LLU exchange?

If it is then it could be that the DLM (Dynamic Line Management) is doing it's tests.

This normally takes about 10 days.

yeh decided to cancel already

bt infinity is in my area decemeber 2010 so signed up for bt total broadband option 2 for £7.49 a month for first 3 months

then once infinity is live will swap over to unlimited on that..

thats what it takes sometimes to wake companies up, when they see people cancelling within the cooling off period, stating technical issues as the reasons, and then they see posts on forums starting to point to the same issue, they have to act, or they risk people simply not considering them at all in the first place !

I'm actually enjoying infinity..good solid connection great ping for gaming ..and drinking less coffee as I dont have to wait so long D/L ing stuff lol

sensible upload speeds too by the looks of your sig images, infinity not available for me yet :(
