Yeah hit back of his boot just right seriously fluky
Its a brilliant goal that he obviously played for, anyone with any skill who isnt just a kick n rusher and crap at football can see that. Ive played for and scored lots of similar goals to that in parks football, these are professionals, the difference is that as professionals, they are encouraged to play 'proper' football and not try these things too often as when they go wrong, its a waste of a good chance.

I did, I love the way he striked it so casually, Berbatov-esque.
Pirlo's goal was quality!!

All brilliant goals. I love Pirlo as a player, a proper footballer.
When he strikes it the ball seems to move up, then down, then up again.
Socrates had a neat trick of being able to 'corkscrew' the ball, i had a mate who could do it too, its awesome to behold. That Pirlo goal though, looked like it took a big deflection off the invisible man, great stuff

Socrates is another of my all time faves, big beard, socks rolled down with no shin pads, smoked 40 a day ...... don't make 'em like that any more
Was it Peter Shilton who scored from his own goal area to the other goal...

Was that Pat Jennings maybe ? bit before my time, I know Paul Robinson did it over Foster a couple of years ago
