View Full Version : Asus 5770
Well I know the the XFX 5770 is rather small or the right size when it comes to length but I heard the Asus 5770 is about 10cm longer :S is that right? Anyone got the precise measurements of the Asus CuCore 5770, for the same one that aria sells?
Thanks, I would buy the XFX 5770 but they don't seem to have a good reputation and since the Asus CuCore is 11% I think it would be better for my stock case. I need the measurements to know if it will fit in my PC case.
it should be 9" x 5" or 22.5cm x 12.5cm
Hmm ok, anyone know the sizes for the MSI or EVGA GTX460's?

EVGA GTX 460 options page, from there select the model, then view the pdf for that model and you'll get the sizes ;)

Oh wow, great post thanks for the response I think I'm pretty satisfied with the MSI cyclone, just 20cm in length is awesome!
The ASUS 5770 is a pretty great card, bought one myself about 6 weeks ago and very happy with it. Fits nicely in a mid sized tower (gigabyte triton) and has a nice support bar due to the weight of the copper cored cooler.
Been hearing a lot of bad things about XFX and wouldn't recommend them as such.
Do you think the paying more for the Sapphire one would be worth it, over the ASUS one?
I've not used the saphire card and the last saphire card I has was an ATI 8500 about 9yrs ago... which was pretty good.
I'm certainly happy with the ASUS and will be adding another in a couple of months for Xfire as soon as I get the CPU and ram for my new system.
Kk cool, well I'm currently more interesting in buying the gtx 460 but I'm keeping the 5770 in mind in case their's a change in my budget :P.
