any idea how to barter with these clowns? Wont give me a HTC desire on £25 a month with unlimted texts, internet and 500 minutes as i can get online. anyone managed to get a good deal out of them?

nope, i ended my contract with them over them not playing ball on my upgrade a couple of years back.

they wanted £100 for the phone i wanted when the other networks were giving it away on a tarrif the same price per month.

just swap to tmob, better deal, free phones, better cserv.

recession ...... sales people are being more highly monitored on reaching X profit per month, they don't drop when the number of calls is so low.

When I called last week, Three were out of stock of the HTC Desire, that may explain the non-movement as well. Supply & demand economics :)

Bottom line, if it's cheaper elsewhere, buy it elsewhere :lol:

Get a PAC code in your plans to move network, as a bonus that in itself sometimes gets you through to the retentions team who have better deals too

I ended 3 contracts with Three because they charged me £20 for phoning there customer services whilst abroad and not informing me they were charging me whilst i kept informing them i was abroad.

When i called to complain the manager put the phone down because i politely said I didn't want to talk to him unless he was agreeing to give me the refund. After phoning me back 24hrs later than he was supposed to have done.

I wouldn't have minded too much but i was phoning to pay a bill so I could use my phone whilst abroad. grrrrr :mad:

125 picture messages a month
6 months spotify premium
(also skype on the htc desire :))

All this for £35 a month, no charge for phone ect, bit more than i wanted to pay a month but sooo much there i will never have any other charge.
