Its very pretty! Bioshock used this engine and somehow the UT3 guys saved all the best bits for themselves and turned out a very good looking game.

APART from the visuals it's still not as good as the original unreal tourney in my opinion :P

But I think that it is better than quake wars, especially the vehicle controls, which are a lot smoother and organic feeling. I would say this is the action-multiplayer of the day.

yeah the original unreal tournament still and always be the best online game for me. So many mods and the best maps and the ripper. Where did that weapon ever go to :( the one that had the spinning discs and you could chop peoples heads off

I really do miss the ripper! That thing was the beast in small spaces, you could create a wall off death with those evil things!
Can't believe they removed it, such a shame.

Oh and how sucky is the flak gun now? When you alt-fire you get some ****py slow, shortranged blob which is useless. The primary fire has longer range and its the shortrange firing option. Does that make no sense?

The ASMD is the winner as usual because they have barely changed it. I do like how you can chain up a long string of those energy balls and detonate them all in a line.
