OC it, and then run furmark till you feel its stable, there is never a specific clock

Generally a 960Mhz clock and 1350Mhz memory is about maximum, so try 930Mhz with memory at 1300Mhz at you should be ok.

MSI Afterburner is the best programme to do this for you mate

i usally do it for about 1 hour

ive tried 920/1200 and it seems ok but i only ran furmark 10 mins but tems stayed at steady 71-73c,
how much more shud i try?

The temps are a little high, nothing i would consider dangerous if your case has good air flow though.

Try changing the auto-fan speeds on Afterburner - I've set mine to kick in at a high speed at medium temps to keep it in check (65% @ 45C, 75% @ 55C, 85% @ 65C)

leave it on auto, but to in to settings, fan tab, and adjust the dots accordingly :)

same kind of thing but afterburner has a more user-friendly interface IMO and has a few more options
