The question is do I save £20 a month virgin and use this?!

I'm thinking i used to pay £25 a month by the time the missus had abused the landline on virgin at old gaff, so this phone tarif is only costing me £5 a month due to virgin media saving - and after top cash back and half price line redemptions its as good as free! :D

0.28 MB/s for the WIN!

no. tether your pc to your phone and goto speedtest on your pc.

re did my test as I thought it wasn't right, also as running froyo now everything else seems to run as it should..

Are you on the 1GB FUP for internet - as that has a 350k download limit.

I had this when I first got my Desire HD I gave TMob a call and explained the speeds were slow and I had an Android device and they moved me to the non speed restricted 3GB FUP.

I had this when I first got my Desire HD I gave TMob a call and explained the speeds were slow and I had an Android device and they moved me to the non speed restricted 3GB FUP.

I was on 1gb internet booster initially,

called up and complained was slow and they put me on web n walk plus 3gb which has really speeded up tethering :D

This freed up a booster slot, so got free landlines calls too :knock:
