SSL Error

I am trying to download something from Technet via the File Transfer Manager but keep getting the following error

"Server SSL certificate is issued by a certificate authority that is unfamiliar to the client"

Any idea on how I can fix this or is it a problem with the website itself?

I had set my anti-virus too high. Now lowered to normal and all working fine.
