There are 30 phones on site - assuming 50% for sales = 15 phones for sales.

60 mins an hour means a max of 900 min (or 15 hours of calling per hour).

Sales line is 9-5.30 which gives 8.5 hours.

8.5 x 900 = 7650 maximum minutes available.

Allowing for Busy Wrap Up, toilet, lunch breaks etc I will guess at

5438 mins or 90.63 hours.

I don't think many people understood what you meant. Many answers were over 24 hours, which is obviously longer than a whole day, let alone a work day. I think a lot of people added up the total work hours of everyone who they thought would be on the team.

BTW guys there's 4 people on the sales team, not sure how many inbound/outband split so take that into consideration you'll find that isn't too bad.
