Spring - It's not to hot and it's never to cold. the birds come back out singing, the nights are longer, everyone seems cheerier and the short skirts start coming back out. 8)

Things I like about winter (in no order):

Snow
Christmas (and all associated things, that could be a whole other list)
New Years Eve (and associated drunkeness)
Winter Sales in shops (cheap hardwares!)
Girls feel cold (need warming, nuff said)
Crunching over frosted grass.
Mulled wine (served hot of course)
Less work to do for my job over xmas.
That feeling when its cold outside and toasty inside.

I will add to this list...

I linked across, don't worry :)

I thought of more things!

->Drunken idiots from the pub next door go straight home due to the cold instead of standing about outside all night keeping me awake.
->Idiots in general tend to stay home and overall you get nicer people in pubs during the winter. This is because said idiots only like to loiter outside pubs and cause trouble. Generally they bugger off to hot countries and start fights there instead.
->I can watch people smoking outside pubs suffer in the cold, while I am toasty warm. Yes, I'm sick
->I have a valid excuse for staying in and playing with my computer/girl "It's too cold"
->Theres a glut of awesome games released in the winter (and EVE-Online gets free graphics overhaul, woop!). Nothing good gets released in the spring unless it suffered from intense slippage.
->About 3 people in cambridge brave the cold to cycle, so less cyclists to have to pwnovertake.
->Everyone else is miserable about the weather while I am happy. This is how I like things.

Sure I can think of even more...

Going back ontopic after Funlesters less than impressive derail posting antics: (In fact his last 3 posts were just a picture of a fish)

More winter goodness comes from:

-> Better shows on TV, everyones indoors so people are watching, broadcasters up their game.
-> Watching girls fall over on ice. Im evil, we have covered this. Maybe save them if they are attractive.
-> Lots of good films come out on DVD, like games.
-> More people indoors playing games means more people online for me to kill.
-> Stamping on frozen puddles to make them smash, and also skating over them.
-> Walking about taking pictures in the snow.
-> It's cold, I must eat my bodyweight in brownies to sustain my temperature.
-> Wearing a soft warm coat in winter is win.

I like the change between winter to spring.

Spring mostly as it can still snow but then you get hot days too8)

early summer.

Spring and autumn are too unpredictable. as mentioned in the above post, you can have good and bad days or more likely both together
