When asking for help, it's best in your opening gambit, to furnish us with as much information as possibly. Make model of NIC, what error you get, what steps you have taken and so on.

ok im new at this stuff i tryed updateing the drivers from device manager but the is an issue with the ethernet controler

Hmm an issue with controller eh? Where are you getting this information from and what seems to be the issue?

Doing it through Device Manager will only update it with what information it already has. You're going to have to go on the internet on another computer, download the drivers from your manufacturers website and then copy them on to a memory stick. Install them from there. Reboot. Hey presto, should be done! :)

i found the prob it was not installing something from mobo disc
