Radeon x1950 - 2 monitor question

If I link 2 monitors to a x1950 does it produce two different screens of information? or does the card simply scale up, in effect providing a stretch effect?

You can have either, you setup the monitor settings in your driver setup. for example you could have:

- Horizontal extension, desktop is spanned like widescreen.
- Vertical extension, desktop is spanned vertically.
- The same image on both screens.
- Taskbar extension, taskbar extends on both screens.

You can also get download software such as UltraMon, which will allow some more advanced features of dual monitor support.
