Feedback box broken?

For some time, when I use the Feedback box on the Aria website, I get an Error Page and the comment \"Developers are aware of the issue\"

OK, they're aware! When will they do something about it?

The feedback box is working and we are getting a lot of valuable customer suggestions through it. But it seems that there is an issue on certain pages.

Well I was going to ask when this will be back in stock:
