When i signed up i was told by the sky rep that if we made no changes to our subscription the £28 initial deposit/fee they take asap would be refunded into the first months payment - which it hasn't.
It was taken via direct debit by sky on 3rd of august.
Anyone else get told that? Is it a blatent lie?!
