Slow Internet Connection

Come in to work this week and my god my internet is slow.
Speedtest shows a connection of 300+ Pint with 0.30/MBPS.:eek:

Any idea what to check? Ive changed the filters and still the same.
My internet company is rubbish (Waiting for a call from BT to change to them) but its business so harder to change.

I work for a telecoms company that sells broadband to businesses only - I bet we are better than BT :D

ISP is Mainstreem digital.

How much are you going to charge me to get an engineer out to look at my system though? If i was with BT it would be free.

I rang them and she said it was my end but would run a few tests. Seems to be getting faster since that call!:rolleyes:

Just spoke to BT, I have an e-mail coming tomorrow with new prices on.
