View Full Version : Driver search?
Hi all, can anyone help with this one?: I have a Old,Old Happhauge Win/TV-Pci Card
with a Reference 56105 Rev D1 M2 printed on the card,I've looked on the Happhauge
site but Ca'nt find anything remotely linked with this Thing,
I had a struggle trying to get XP to even recognise it,so I shoved it in a old standby
machine with Win 98 and hey 98 recognised it Plug n'Play fashion. Now all I need are
the drivers, or its going back in the Skip where I found it... ATB Ken Toole :D

According to http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/pages/support/support_pci_boards.html you have an 848 board and so should download the drivers on this page:
http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/pages/support/support_pci_878.html
See if that works! :D

...alternatively you can pick up a brand spanking new board from £23!

Yep! I've recently been adding more Hauppauge devices to our catalog so hoping they do well
..I've just moved on to Buffalo Products (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products?search=buffalo) as well, the 1.0TB DriveStation is doing well (who can resist it?!) ... others should be back in stock mid-september. :D

if your ever looking for drivers, try http://www.driverguide.com/
you do have to sign up and its been a while since i was there but from what i remember, it has a huge catalogue of drivers going back years and years (so its better for old stuff)
Driverguide is simply rubbish these days.
Try the manufacturer site first, normally they will have them
i never said it was great for current stuff but for older stuff it can have its uses.
I never said it wasn't
lol. ok. lets not begin to bicker over a website.
