Did you know that Vista comes with it's own built in Administrator account. Much like Linux's root account it overrides UAC, it is however disabled by default, here's how to enable it:-
1. Click on Vista's start menu, then in the Start Search dialog box type;
\"secpol.msc\" (without quotes)
2. Select Local Policy, Security Options
3. Double click Accounts: Administrator account status, and select enable.
There you have it!
