I'm looking for a printer that prints images directly onto cd/dvds, but I noticed that some use paper on the face of the cd rather then onto the face of the cd itself. My price range is modest to say the least about £150-£200, thank-you.

thats a good printer, I have the old R200 model, a bit of advice, dont lose the installation CD as the CD printing software is impossible to find, I got i from the net but it doesnt align properly and ends up with half the image printed on the printer not the disc

I have the Epson Photo R300 and all in all there a good printer. I remember watching a tv program awhile ago and they where reviewing Photo Printers and the R300 was on of them and it came 2nd out of 10 printers.

I have the R300, very good printer, only used it on Linux, had to tweek the config of guttenprint as defaults for CDs were a bit lame, large boarder which wasn't quite round.

great for dvd covers, use photo paper or HQ thin card
