recommend AM2 moterboard?

can you guys recommend me a goood am2 motherboard?

preferably with 4 ram slots, a PCI-e 16x, 2x ide contorllers and 4x SATA

If you're buying a new CPU, RAM and MoBo - why not get Intel Core 2 Duo instead? Granted everything I own is AMD, but I've been very impressed with the C2Ds at work...
