Is there anyway of upgrading XP Home to XP Pro using a XP Pro OEM CD?

Without formatting and reinstaling?

Popping a Windows XP Professional CD into a Windows XP Home-based PC and installing from inside Windows will enable you to upgrade painlessly. =D

I never recommend upgrading any operating system like that. If you got any problems with the old one, you just take them over to the new one. I would recommend taking the time to reinstall from scratch as your system will run nice and quick then :D
