But I think there is a tiny bit more to it.. It looks like the assistant is shouting at her before she looses it.. as there is no soulnd who knows..

it could have been..

Cust: Can I get 3000 Chicken nuggets fatty
Assis: Who u calling a fatty, u %$^% ^%$^% £$^%^
Caust: Im gona come knock u out..
Assistant: Come then you chicken loving %^$%^$!

etc..
