Just saw this, I cant believe how far down the speed list the UK is !
Average 7.77Mbps

Overall UK is ranked 34th Just behind Slovenia...

I'm pretty pleased with my net connection though BE Sync'd at 24.5Mbps but still not as fast as the average Korean connection at 32Mbps.

Took my isp a year to acknowledge a problem with my line and when they finally fix it they charge me £205.
No wonder were rated so low with these 'up to speeds' marketing bullcrap, i think the people who actually get advertised constant speeds are extremely lucky in this country.

lucky?? it's all about perspective to me. Consider yourself fortunate you have internet, and that you can browse away without wondering if a knock on the door will come. Trust me, compared to some we have it so good. Compared to others our speeds are bad, but look at what cost to most of them we are envious of :)

Lifes about perspective, travel the world when you can and see how good we really have it :D
