It's the newer version of phpBB but as you say, it looks the same to me too :wink:

Hoping to get the image verification working in this version to stop the spammers (altho initial try was unsuccessful) - we'll persevere.

Had to restore the database to about Friday morning though to get the posts back... let's hope they stay put this time :D

yeh, in invision there are logs, have you checked who deleted them. if they are on phpbb that is

That's my doing - just temporary, don't worry! ;-) I've also just deleted about 1,500 bots from the member list :shock: ... I hope I didnt delete any legitimate people :oops:

Unfortunatly I can't find any logs for phpBB itself so there is no indication as to where the posts went. I had to look in the apache log files but even in there I could not see any topic deleting.

...At least the spam bots have gone for the time being - Ill blame them for now!
