XFX ATI 4890 used/new question

Hi, would staff be able to tell me whether the 4890's on sale are brand new? i found that the seal on mine wasn't there and the card had scratches on it: (

Edit: the other thing i forgot to mention is the fact that it only came in the black box it didn't come with the main cover like it should. :(

so i guess mine isn't a brand new one then? it would explain the scratches on the card aswell, and it would explain why the personal activate code won't register with XFX. :(

don't seam to be having a good experience at the moment. although CS are great, hopefully this can be sorted

I've just been to look at our stock, and the whole batch we got from our supplier have no outer sleve, and apparently this is normal for XFX cards now and again.

I've had a look at a few as well and all of them look brand new, none of them have any signs of damage or scratching or anything on them.

If you're really not happy you can return the card to us and we'll ship you out another one :)

Hi thanks for your reply. well would you not be able to arrange for a new one to be shipped and collect this card at the same time? that is what you did for me when I got this card (rma replacement)
