So its that time of year again when I think about selling my old computer and building a new one though this year being a slight change of keeping my hard drives(2 7200 Seagates 250gb and 320gb) PSU (700w or so?) and Gfx Card (8800GTX).

Thought about this so far, just a copy paste from the shopping basket

OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 / 1066MHz / NVIDIA
Antec Nine Hundred Ultimate Gamer
EVGA nForce 650i Ultra
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 Retail
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO

Any thoughts, all compatible. Not going to blow up on me? Was thinking of waiting until Aria have the EVGA 680i boards, are there any other boards recommended? I know the E6600 is a cheaper choice and can be overclocked nicely but I've got the cash for the E6700 :D

Over to you!

Looks great, what was your old system by the way? You seem to be upgrading from a fairly recent rig if your have a GTX to take over.

I cannot see any holes in this setup.

Personally I'd wait on a different motherboard..... either more stock of a 680i, or go for a P35 (which is the all new Intel wonder chipset.... with support for 45nm Penryn CPUs later, native supported FSB upto 1333Mhz etc etc)

Yeah I'll probably end up going for the 680i when I get a bit more cash and when they get back in stock
