System Temperatures

With no overclocking and at idle my E4300 is at 32-36 C.
Using Prime 95, under load it runs at 43-45 C.
A 9 C temperature rise doesn't sound right :?
or is that just me?

EDIT -
When the CPU is oc'ed to 2 GHz:
Idle - 32-36 C
Prime 95 under load - 44-46 C

those temperatures are well within the safe range, 60C and above is when you should start worrying. A large increase of temp while doing intensive things such as playing games for example, is to be expected, a high-end card can get rather hot.
