well itll be done on wordpress.
if you go down the do it yourself HTML route then itll be easy enough if you know what your doing but it could take along time to do.
making the pages etc.
tho i think that layout has already been coded for use in wordpress so you should be fine just uploading it to the server then setting it as your theme but i would read up on all the pages about how it was coded to understand it.

Know any good sites where i can get professional HTML templates. - trying to find one like DCM's site, something close than i can just edit myself.
I don't fancy having wordpress on my main site.

I'm pretty sure I saw an almost identical Joomla template on one of the template sites the other day when doing some groundwork review for a client... can't seem to find the link though :(

Ah i'll have a wee browse through Joomla templates.
You have to keep your sig for ever now.

I give up with Joomla, doesn't agree with me.
even just this template http://www.top1000templates.com/template-25115.htm , however dont want to pay $61 for it.

Perfect for this type of thing, frozenhaddock.co.uk used to use it - thanks to moi.
eurgh , not the most friendliest looking - take a look later on.
most of those templates look horrible ;o
hmmm, not agreeing with joomla.
Have you tried or looked easycms? It's even easier than Joomla, but be aware that there are a lot of script kiddies that go for it, once you've done a deploy remove the admin/creation directory.

It's better to make your own but the functionality is there
