Im certain i could overclock my CPU a little more (highest OC on tomshardware was 3.7Ghz on air cooling) and when i achieve the clock speed and try to test for stability i get blue screened where it says its doing a memory dump.

The CPU voltages are around 1.52v, FSB is 260, HT was set at 1600Mhz and DDR multiplier was backed off to 3.33 to get back to 800Mhz. As far as i can tell that should be stable but within seconds of starting up windows i get BSOD.
Im leaning this towards either a maxxed out CPU or something with my memory timings, any ideas how i can set these as i cant find an option in the bios?

Have you tried increasing memory voltage?

I'd recommend AMD overdrive to find out the timings your memory can handle before using bios.

mit>enable mem timings or something, it should be just above the section that shows what timings are running.

unless they are hiden on your board and you need to press ctrl+F1 on the main bios screen before you go in the mit section but i havent seen gb do that on a board for ages.
