I cannot recommend the Asus P5B deluxe enough, mine took my 6600 to a 50% oc with ease (the P5B e+ is just as good but no heat pipe coolers and only 1 pcie x16)

I also have an Abit 32x max (or something like that) which is a 680 chipset and it is a bugger to overclock, lots of features but buggy as hell. If you are seriously considering a 680 chipset board i CANNOT recommend this mobo. The P5B deluxe is (was when i reviewed the Abit anyway) around half the price but twice as nice to use, imho.

Do your homework on the 680's mate they aren't all they are cracked up to be.

I think it can be used for crossfiring ati cards if thats what you mean though there is no reason why you can't use a single nividia card.
