Worse case i suspect you will need a bios update but assuming your mobo isn't ancient, well more than a year or so old, and hasn't had a bios update since it was new then i suspect it would work straight off.

its an asus so expect a bios upgrade--- as soon as the chips are 'mainstream' over here..
