I would love it if someone could help.

I need to replace my motherboard that has decided to die on me, but with it being quite a complicated system I need to know exactly what board to get to ensure all the current hardware will just transfer straight from the dead one onto the new one, without having to buy anything extra.

My PC is a HP m1190.uk media centre PC. Here is a link to the motherboard spec

Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like any Socket LGA775 micro-ATX board should do the trick providing it can take a P4 CPU.

How much do you want to spend?

In answer to the question I am willing to spend 60 - 70 pounds, any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for your ideas, but none of these are Micro atx and therefore won't fit in my PC. I am having trouble finding a motherboard that supports just DDR Ram, if I bought one that supports DDR2 Ram is it backward compatible to also allow me to use DDR or do have to use DDR2. And also does the FSB speed need to match that of my processor or is that again just the max that it will supoort.
