I have seen plenty of posts saying that here is not the place for comments on customer service but no direction as to where this would be apart from phoning the helpline , please advise if there is one and if not what are Aria scared off if it is such a good company?, even ebay have an area where you can discuss the experience .

Hi thewillow and welcome to the forum!

A customer experience area is a good idea and is something that I hadn't previously thought about having. My only worry would be that the bad would out-weight the good... And not because of the level of our service!!

It is often the case that, if a customer has had a negative experience with a company, they are far more eager to discuss it. Whereas good experiences are often appreciated (through a return visit), they're not spoken/posted about as much. I wouldn't want the area to be an unfair representation of our services.

Also, we have a lot of competitors (unlike ebay!) who would love the chance to post some unfair comments.. Just something to think about!

i myself bought from aria, loads and loads of times, and never had a problem with anything unil my monitor packed up, been in for repairs for 11 weeks, cost me over £45 in phone bill to call all the time, promised to be called back and never do, sent 4 letters by recorded delivery, so i think people should be allowed to thread their views on customers services as it clearly need for improvment, and with people not allowed to air their view would only ever give it one sided view that aria customers services is excellent which they believe they are and clearly not. i still waiting with no idea when i will get my monitor
