If you have nero somewhere then you could use that...or you could try MagicISO

I use an OEM version of Nero 6.6 to burn .iso's, easy as pie :)

I think it only cost £1.29.

Or you can use a virtual drive to mount the ISO and run it from your HD (Nero, Daemon Tools etc).

daemon tools is free.. no burning but you mount the image and it works the same..

Check out CDBurnerXP (http://www.cdburnerxp.se/), its free, and it burns ISO files. Thats what i usually use anyway.
