graphics card upgrade

hi guys, im just wondering on what graphics card to get because the 5770 vapour-x i have sadly died :(!, im more of a console gamer but would like great graphics for pc games also and will be getting a blu ray drive soonish for my pc, im planning on spending no more than £150-180 really so what can you suggest :D?

Died? Surely it must be still under warrenty?

If you are back into the GFX market again then I'd now go with the 5830 as they seem to be very close to hitting the "Sweet price/performance" spot the 5770 was at. Almost like getting a 5830 for the price of a 5770 3 months ago.

The 5850's are also coming down in price too.

yeah well the retail box got thrown out, along with everything else that came in it apart from the accessories, i now know that i should keep my boxes and papers that come with it :( i feel really stupid now, but yeah i was looking at the XFX 5830 AVP edition :D cheap price and all and i could crossfire it a couple of months down the line, what do you think the benchmarks will be like with two of those in crossfire?

you dont usually need any of the original stuff to return, just the card itself
