Yeah, figured you probably would. :)

I'm stuck in Devon, no more meets for me till this dissertation is done and handed in...going to be a while yet I expect. Although I want to try and get it sorted for the end of next week if I can...which means working VERY hard the next couple of days coding the program and then working hard next week writing up to 15,000 words in a report. :(

EDIT: On the plus side I'm insured on my mum's Landrover for the next two weeks so will have some fun round the local lanes when I need a break. :D

We literally did give back a dog a month after Christmas this year. It was all arranged as we were temporary fostering her for a local rescue center, but it didn't make it any less miserable.

Speaking about dogs, does anyone else have a dog with anal gland issues? Our dog doesn't seem to naturally empty his so they need to be done manually about once a month. We were thinking about having a go at home, but it looks rank.

About halfway between Launceston (Cornwall) and Okehampton (Devon), near Roadford Lake. I have to look after mum's place whilst she is in Italy. :)

Hi there

Yep weekend was great, Saturday I just chilled in the sun, went the gym in the evening for a cardio, weights and swimming session.

Sunday was up early, car was washed by 10am, then went onto Northern meet, great turn out, lots of nice metal and some awsome roads to drive on. Went pub, stole a guys onion rings and then had to leave the meet early to take my Mum car shopping. Went to BMW, Audi, VW, Ford, Honda and Mazda and the car my mum like the best was a Ford Focus Zetec, I was like Face Palm, but thats women and cars for you.

Got home for 6pm, quick bite to eat and then back off down the gym, only had time for weights though.

Was a good weekend, next weekend should be even better. :)

Had a great weekend & it's still nice out yet......depressing that I'm stuck in an office lol.

Visited an animal Park with my other half & the 3yr old, he loved it. I though he was going to wet himself when a goat (well looked like a goat to me) stole Karen's feed bag & ran away, my wee boy was howling with laughter.

Bring on the rain, gardening tonight :(

Fitted my hids on Saturday, weather was perfect, took my niece to local park, had pizza and beer sat out in the garden in the evening.

Sunday went on a 10 mile hike in the Peaks with leftover pizza as fuel lol scrambled up some large river/boulder strewn waterfall outfall thing for over 2 hours of the hike will put some pics up later. (got 55mpg on way back from peaks :D that included flooring it up many dual carriageways)

Then sauna/steam/jacuzzi to relax after walk, then chilled out in front of box.

Went to VW on Saturday to look at a van, Took one for a test drive and it was great.
Its just a different front end to the one we have so didnt expect to see much difference but its a different engine (2.0 Bi-Turbo diesel) and new DSG gearbox..180BHP In a Van!:thumb:

Awesome thing, My dad is thinking about it at the moment.

One thing though, Dont drive a 60K car to a test drive and then haggle on price, It didnt really help...
