ive got an all in wonder x1900 and vista 64,
core 2 duo 6600, 2 gb ram, ab9 pro etc etc,
has anyone else had problems getting the tv tuner to work?
vista wont even intall the mmc let alone recognise theres a tv tuner on the card, (installing as admin isent the prob),
wmc doesent see the tuner either.
on the ati website i find nothing, also the mmc for my card isent on the website,
does this mean they dont have one for vista yet?
theyve got a catylist, which works fine.
i built my vista system specificialy for media and pvr its a right pain...
i score 5.3 if that helps lol.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
have a similar prob with my creative sound card, but doesent matter cos im useing the digital onboard sound for now.

There is no support for that card at the moment but AMD & ATi are working on it.

Note: All-in-Wonder™ boards operate with AMD Windows Vista-Ready Display Drivers under the Windows Vista Operating System. However there is currently no software application which provides TV/Capture functionality for All-in-Wonder™ boards under Windows Vista.

I'm surprised that you prepared a Vista system to do the HTPC thing now...in about a year's time it should be fine but most things Vista are still beta's or not even available. XP is still the current OS for HTPC in the Microsoft realm.

It looks like you may be in for a wait unfortunately, while the drivers and utils catch up.
