Tha things that plug into the mobo

You know if u get a new fan and ur about to connect it to the male pins on the motherboard. Does anyone know where i can get those wee male female connectors that plug onto the board. Because i got a fan controller in a 5.25 bay 2 control 4 fans and each fan needs a wee 3 pin connector and my fans are all molex so i plan to chop them all up but i need 4 of those wee 3 pin thingeys to connect them to the fan controller header on the mobo. If that makes any sense?

Does anyone know the name of the wee things im talking about because i feel like an idiot!

agreed a much better solution though if you absolutely must get the 3 pin molex type connectors try your local electronics store, i would mention the name but its against the rules
