Hi,

No DDR2 RAM is gonna get to 1600Mhz.

Personally i would get the 1066Mhz RAM. Then set it to 800Mhz and as the OC the CPU the RAM catches up.

I've always found Corsair XMS memory to be excellent Ram.. I'd definitely go for the faster corsair.

My Corsair XMS2 memory won't overclock for **** :p

It hates going anywhere near 900MHz when stock is 800MHz.

Mine did... Plus, if you actually read the first post, the stock speed of the corsair is 1066mhz..

It all depends on the CPU. Every one is different and therefore you just have to experiment yourself. Keep an eye on temperatures and volts and you'll be fine.

+1 I always recommend Corsair and the 1066 is the best to get as it gives you more room for oc'ing
