did a LinX test on my 4Ghz overclock today, found temperature to be up to 95c! on my initial overclock, it was 85c with LinX.

so i opened up the case, took the fan off and wow that's a lot of dust, went to town with compressed air to clear most of the dust off, and now it's back to around 85c.

how do you clean your radiator?
how often do you clean your radiator?
and is there a better way than to blow half bottle of compressed air through it?

Pushing a ****tale stick between the fins usually works for me.. Its a little time consuming but its all good in the end.

Use a vacuum, like a Henry, they're great. And blow the dust as you vacuum, gets it all out.

was using similar compressed air, it's fantastic for air coolers, but water cooler fins are closer together, harder to blow away the dust.

I use Henry, with the brush head attachment to wiggle out any stubborn bits of dust.

Take it to work with me & blow it out using the air line there, if it's still there after that then it's not coming out ;)

95psi via fine trigger nozzle does wonders for cleaning:nana:my rig, and just one of the perks at work.
