I think I read somewhere (here?) that it's roughly 1 point to the pound. If this is somewhere near true, then why did my Enermax Liberty 400w PSU (£45) only get 5 points? There's a point thief about methinks. ;)

Hi,

This is not true, if Aria where giving 1 point for every point then i would have way over 3000 points ;)

Sorry to disapoint you :P

Hi Cheule,

Contrary to popular belief, Aria Bytes are not allocated at a certain amount per pound! Lots of people ask me about that, I think it’s the way Supermarkets do it? Ours are calculated with depending on a number of factors, two of these being, quantity in stock and the price you pay for the product.
Hope that clears that up for you Cheule?

Because I bought 3 network cards that had 12 Aria bytes each, but I've only got 18 points on my account.

Typically, you introduced the Aria bytes scheme, just after I'd bought all the components to build my new computer. :?

I am waiting on an order for a £1700 + PC, My aria points have yet to be credited to my aria account.

Who do I chase to ensure I get them?

remember, if you bought the item on finance, then the aria bytes scheme doesnt apply:(

I did buy them on finance.

THEY DON'T APPLY.

?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????

I only went on finance so I didn't break my bank this month. I could have afforded it at a stretch.

Seriously not impressed at that.
