Why am I not receiving any information at all about my order from Aria?

Why was I told after hanging on the phone for 55 minutes, that a new system went in this weekend and they have NOT transferred orders over from the old system and so they are not processing those orders!

I read other forum posts saying that I should pm Lucy or Firerat if there are problems that need investigating, but neither of them have replied to my messages.

Unfortunately, all the scare stories about Aria that I've read on the internet appears to be true.

Yeah I feel your pain m8 :(

I have currently been waiting 2 weeks and 2 days for my custom build order, admitedly one item was out of stock, so that caused a delay, but they didnt bother to contact me at all, I had to contact them only to be told they hadn't even ordered the item themselves yet :shock: Not to mention the fact that I have E-mailed 3 times with no reply and sent Lucy 3 PM's to which I have had no replies, so I have had to call their customer services 3 times (each time waiting for about 25 mins) the first time I was told by the operator that he would E-mail me back (he never did) the second I was told that they were gonna go ahead with the order without the out of stock item as they had no idea when it would be in stock, then (believe it or not) that out of stock item came in the next day :shock: so I could have had it after all :x . Then finally on Monday I gave them a call and they said that my order would be with me on Wednesday (today) and that I would get a confirmation E-mail....well so far I have had no confirmation E-mail and no delivery...if it does not arrive today I will not be impressed at all guys :evil:

To be honest, at present I cannot see me ever using aria again, from my experience so far they are absolutely terrible, which is a shame becuase I really thought they could be good...sorry guys
