View Full Version : Two Website Problems

Alright, well initially I was not going to post about this but the voices in my head told me to :D

Firstly, I ordered something on Monday night and the status still reads \"Processing\". No 'Item Dispatched' email. But I am guessing this is due to recent problems Aria is having in general, as per the announcement (http://www.lucyslair.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1914). So we can ignore that I suppose, assuming these issues have not yet been fixed.

Secondly, when I click a reference number in my order history... I am linked to an Active Server Page (invoice.asp), like so:

...although I did download it and open it with a PDF reader, and it is indeed a PDF of my invoice, just with an .asp extension for some reason. Not a big problem, especially if I am the only one who has it (typical), but I imagine it could confuse some folks.

Anyway, that's all, although I would like to know how long it will be before the order problems are resolved.... or an estimate of when my stuff will arrive.

Thx.

Interestingly I have this problem but only when trying to do that on my Linux machine, although the file type offered in this case is .php

We're a bit confused really that it would change as we haven't made any changes!

We're going to put a different version live in the morning - we'll see if that corrects the problem.

My comp is now just showing a blank page when it loads. Seems like someone's tinkering under the bonnet ;)

The PDF 'opens' in a text editor for me - invoice[1].asp - if I save it and rename to invoice[1].pdf, then it works fine.
