You take a fully working P5Q Pro motherboard, with Intel E6600 Core2Duo, and 4GB of ram out of your machine, then a week later, drop it into another machine & the bugger doesn't work!

Bloody computers. :crash:

Good Hiper 500w PSU, old GeForce 7800GTX, same hard drive about to be wiped & formatted.... put I get a corrupt BIOS screen on boot.

****-fart-grumble-complain.

I know what I'm going to be messing about with tomorrow! :rolleyes:

An hour or two threatening and swearing at an inanimate object and then the elation of getting it working again.:)

Thanks guys!

I'm on with it now... swapping a few components about to see what the problem is. Hopefully it's not a goosed mobo... that would be soo unlucky :D

there is a phenonomenon that isnt very well documented and something we need to realise.. PC's have a lot in common with women..

if you dress them up a certain way they wont be very happy..
if you touch them in a certain way.. they too wont be very happy.
and if you try mixing and matching hardware with others then.. it really depends on how liberal this women is..

end of the day.. theyre high maintenance *****es...
