Hi just got one of the new xerox 22\" monitors XM7-22W.

It has a intermittent problem on the power switch, see the videos below.

All I want to do is arrange for a new one to be sent and the old collected. I only got it delivered 2 days ago and set it up yesterday.

I have some videos of the faults and really need it swapped without me incurring any more charges or hassle.

OK thanks. Havent really used aria and only my 2nd or 3rd purchase from them and its gone wrong. There returns seemed a bit harsh. I didnt want them to gety it turn it on and off and send it back hence the video of it not working. To make matters worse the switch is worse when its been switched on for a while.

I see the rules say dont bog down with cust service and to email but aria cust service DONT answer emails ?

I cant get this thing posted back for less that £10. I used to work for a mail order company and you can arrange for it to be picked up for about £6.50 from city link.

Why cant they just collect it and sort me out with a refund as I dont think I should have to pay delivery for having the monitor delivered faulty let alone another delivery for posting it back. Been nearly 2 weeks now. I will have to wait until the weekend and drive to the post office.

I thought it was OK no ghosting. Bit glossy though so might be a problem in the summer. The stand wasnt like the one pictured and as it had a fault from day one woulnt buy another.

I'd go for a samsung or dell next.
