[RESOLVED] European Power Cable on Samsung Monitor

Hi guys,

I recently ordered a Samsung monitor from here but it came with a EU plug power cable and not the UK plug one. Any chance of getting the proper one?

You should get both UK and EU versions of the plug.
Are you sure there isn't a UK plug in there somewhere?

Just checked the packaging again and there is only one power cable and it's an EU one (100% sure). Any chance of getting a UK plug one? I am borrowing the one from the hi-fi right now but need one really asap :(

Apologies for the mistake, it looks like someone forgot to include a UK power cable with the monitor. I will send a UK power cable to you today.

I have lots of these... in excess of 30. Every time I update a customers workstation in a new case I get a kettle lead, but my clients nearly always use the existing one, so I end up throwing them away.
Always keep a dozen or so in the car boot.
