Yeah I recently finished this. It was fantastic, and the graphics are awesome.

Especially after I downloaded the unofficial widescreen hack from www.widescreengamingforum.com so I can play it at my native 1440x900.

Highly recommended. =D

It does look great and everyone says the same. I'll try and pick it up soon, depending on whether I have a 360 by that time.

Just get the PC version of it, and if you do still get a 360 you can use the wireless controller for it still.

Any idea how well it would run on my X1650XT? I'm predicting medium. (Does anyone know if it favours ATI or Nvidia cards?)

I would suggest slightly better performance than my 7800GT mate. I am running on 1024x768 because it was laggy as hell on 1280x1024 the native resolution of my TFT. But you also have a dual core processor so overall I would say you should run it very smoothly on the former and you might even get away with the latter barring the odd wobble. It is very gfx intensive though, the lighting and shadow effects are really impressive. Better imo than Quake 4.[/quote:ad84aecb33]

Thanks for the info! My X1650XT isn't as powerful as a 7800GT, as far as I know. I think it's roughly the same as a 7600GT. Hopefull it will run ok. I don't think there is a PC demo is there?

ElRobin: Shenmue!!! What a great franchise it is....was...well, Shenmue Online is being made so the 'name' is still out there :D

Ran alright on my 6800GT, with medium settings at 1024x768. Havnt tried it on my 8800GTX

You can't configure graphics settings, you can only decrease shadow quality and motion blur quality (or turn them off).

It has to be run at full settings, which is ridiculous.

Not that I care, I run it at 1440x900 no trouble. =D

To be honest I couldn't remember, heh. But it still ran fine.

I'll try it on my 8800GTX at some point, after I've stopped playing the Command and Conquer First Decade things
