next day delivery?

i made an order yesterday before 4pm and still didn't recieve it today, it's also showing as scheduled for delivery tomorrow (friday)

Is there any particlar reason for it being delayed?

to be honest, im not too bothered about it being a day late but I would just like to know what to expect in future orders and/or if it was a fault of my own
