Missing cable still not here, but charged for

This is from the order SORW338885 that I received 23/12/09.

I spoke to customer service on the phone on the 24th at about 4:30pm (after putting in another order) and after also sending chris@cserve a PM reply telling of the problem.

I was told that the cable would be sent out soon, I have had the card statement and there is no refund on it and I have not been sent the cable, which was...

I got the cable, its the wrong one.
Each time I have said something about this cable I have given the part number (CAB-VGAEX2), well at the least the quick code (21786), and or said that it was the black one that I needed and had got the gray one. If it is the same cable why have two listings, two number, and two prices ?

But lets call it quits on this one, cheers for getting it out so quick this time.

Good catch, my bad for using the picture and the colour of the cable I got before as something to go by and so it does not say that its black on the page, but this was the reason why I stopped saying black and was just using the part number and quick code.

Hi the cable in stock is manufacturer part code EX-022, please can you confirm that this is the cable you have received ? as if so its certainly listed as a 2 metre cable. It is grey, but as previously stated we do not advise on the colour on our description.

That is the cable just I received EX-022.

I ordered two cables from two different pages with two different sizes and prices. I got sent EX-022 Which I got sent before when I ordered from the same page, a page that had 1.5 mtr at the top of the page and at the bottom and was 20p lower, now the page from my order, links to a page with 2 mtr at the top and 1.5 mtr below for the length, its the same page just the bit at the top has changed from 1.5 mtr to 2.

Also the part number of the cable I had missing from my order was CAB-VGAEX2.

Good thing I always take screen caps of the pages I buy stuff from as I buy them so they cant be change after the fact.

Well done on now getting it all sort of straight on what you said, but here is a pic from early on today on the now discontinued item.
